working principle
After sealing the bottom (bottom), the pole plate is manually placed on the stainless steel mesh belt, automatically conveyed through the beef tendon stick, and then passed through the upper and lower brushes, and the automatic brush blade and brush rotate relatively. The dust is sucked by the dust removal pipeline and can be used later. A dust removal system consists of pulses, cloth bags, fans, and pipes as the body and is placed directly behind the host computer. The dust collection system is controlled by PLC.
There are six pulse dust removal systems in total. The response time of each pulse, pulse failure, and host failure are all reflected on the touch screen. Lead-free dust, and then sent out of the body by the conveyor belt, one person arranges it. (One person puts the film, one person receives the film) High working efficiency.
