1. This powder filling production line is suitable for thousand-tube battery filling and back sealing production functions.
2. Automatic powder filling production line configuration: lead powder conveying auger, lead powder elevator, lead powder measuring bag, lead powder, powder mixing machine, lead powder storage bin, powder filling host, powder filling dust box, conveyor and other integrated production lines.
3. The equipment adopts PLC control system, which can quickly adjust the running time of each equipment, and the touch screen can display and alarm when each equipment fails, which is convenient and quick to eliminate.

5. Efficiency: It can be selected according to the manufacturer's production capacity, two to six stations, 6500 pieces per station for 8 hours.
6. Purpose: After the lead powder is transported into each station through the sealed auger, the powder filling work is automatically completed after time control. The operator is completely isolated from the lead powder, and the lead powder is collected by the rear dust removal system and returned to the auger, and the pole plate after powder filling is reused. It is moved from the conveyor to the back cover, which completely solves the dirty environment of the powder filling workshop, liberates the operators to pull lead powder and manually fill the powder, and realizes automatic production.
