工作原理
封好底（扣底）極板人工放在不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶上面，自動輸送經(jīng)過牛筋棍后通過上下毛刷，自動刷片毛刷相對旋轉(zhuǎn)，板子經(jīng)過后無死角全部清理表面鉛粉， 揚起的粉塵由除塵管道吸走，后可以利用，除塵一系統(tǒng)由脈沖、布袋、風機、管道為一體放在主機正后方，收塵系統(tǒng)由 PLC控制，共為六個脈沖除塵，每個脈沖反應(yīng)時間，脈沖故障，主機故障均在觸摸屏上反應(yīng)，風機為5KW板柵經(jīng)過毛刷以后，后面有一排0.7孔氣吹一下，保證了極板表面無鉛塵，再由輸送帶送出機身后由一人整理（一人放片，一人收片）工作效率高。
